Silverday Press has been in business since 2005. We sell books and offer free resources for download on our website http://www.silverdaypress.com. The website is also accessible at https://www.spiritualdiscoverybook.com.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you place an order we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number plus your IP address and browser user agent. We use your name and address to ship your order and your email address to communicate with you about your order. When you place an order you can elect to create an account. If you create an account we save your username. Website administrators do not have access to your password.
We do not accept orders for shipping outside the United States or create accounts for customers outside the United States.
When you review of a book on our website we collect the data shown on the review form plus your IP address and browser user agent to help in spam detection. If you fill out a contact form, we collect your name and email address.
When you download information from our website, we use your IP address to deliver the download but we do not keep a record that the download occurred or the IP address.
Links to external websites
For your convenience, we provide links to purchase books we recommend or Kindle editions of our books from Amazon.com. These links behave in the same way as if the visitor had visited Amazon.com directly. The data that is collected and how it is used is governed by Amazon’s privacy notice.
We use Google analytics to aggregate visitor’s IP addresses by city, state and country to show the geographical distribution of visitors, the pages visited and the time spent on the website. We do not track downloads or retain any personal information about you when you download resources from our website.
Who we share your data with
Silverday Press does not sell or rent your personal information. Your shipping address and phone number may be shared with the United States Post Office or the United Parcel Service for the purpose of delivering your order.

Orders, reviews and comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely. See “what rights you have over your data” for how to request we erase your personal information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. To request to see the information we have on you or to request that it be erased use our contact form to make a request. We will send a verification request before we send you a link to your information.
